Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply when you use our website and our visa services.

Our service: we help you apply for Chinese visas. We check your eligibility, prepare your application from the information and documents you give us, and book your visa centre appointment. We are a private company and are not connected to the Chinese Embassy or the visa centre.

Visa decisions: all visa decisions are made by the Chinese authorities. We can’t guarantee that a visa will be granted or how long it will take.

Your responsibilities: give us complete and truthful information and genuine documents, check the details we send you, attend your appointment, and tell us about anything that could affect your application.

Fees: our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the embassy fee. We tell you both before you pay. The embassy fee isn’t refundable once your application is submitted. Our cancellation and refund terms for our own fee are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.

Liability: we take great care with every application, but we’re not responsible for decisions by the Chinese authorities, or for delays or refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete information given to us.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
