Document Required!

  • Passport

     Passport should be valid for at least next 6 months when you apply for China visa two totally blank pages. One page is for the visa, the other is for the stamp.

  • Passport size photo

    At least one coloured passport size photographs with white background and size (45mm x 35mm).

  • Application Form

    A completely typed up china Visa Application form along with signatures at required places. (Please ensure the signature must identical with your passport ID

  • Invite Letter

    The invitation letter must contain your full name (as set out in the passport), DOB, gender, passport number, date of arrival and departure from China, purpose of visit, who will be financing the trip, frequency of visits (if applying for multiple entry) and purpose of the visit. This must be signed (please note electronic signature will not be accepted

  • Additional Documents

    Original proof of relationship Copy of inviter passport Copy of inviter resident permit or id card

  • Non British

     For non UK or Eu passport holders, they must submit an original and a copy of their permanent residence address or work permit which should be valid for

FAQ!

If you don’t have original proof of relationship the unfortunately we will not be to apply for a visit visa. This is a requirement by the Chinese Consulate General so must be issued time of application

This can not be proved so time of application we will not need proof of relationship

Additional information

 As in keeping with Chinese rules and guidelines, and in response to the standard of correspondence, as of 1st November 2018, all the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers in London, Manchester and Edinburgh (hereinafter alluded to as ‘Visa Application Centers’) will take fingerprints of all visa candidates within the passion of the Chinese Embassy and Consulates within the UK.

Please observe that fingerprints don’t seem to be required for:

Kids under 14 years of age and grown-ups than 70 years of age;
Applicants who have fingers mutilation or for whom the fingerprints can’t be amassed for various causes.
* China guests whose fingerprints don’t fit could be denied entry to the country and might result in other consequences.
—All applicants are requested to consult with our office before 10:30 am from Monday to Friday because the fingerprints are required to be amassed face to face at all the Visa Application Centers. We will continue with the opposite VISA formalities at the same day. —-

—Applicants willing to apply for the VISA via our postal services, once the paperwork are verified we will be able to organize and tell you the time when the finger prints can also be amassed in our office, you can consult with us as in keeping with the appointment shared.—-
